Edward regularly runs for fitness, enters into all sorts
races from 10 km upwards. Time-wise, 10km <38mins, 1/2
Marathon 1h 22mins, Six Foot Track 45km Ultra Marathon 4hr
45mins.
He has also completed the UK Three Peaks Challenge well under 24 hours,
so would like to add the Australian one to his belt.
Sailing wise... his colleague sails his yacht around Moreton Bay which
he boards occasionally.
